Pick the right format
Enter the number of teams in each age group and the platform suggests a format, showing the number of matches and the expected duration before you create the tournament. Accept the suggestion or choose something else.
- Group stage followed by knockouts
- League, everyone plays everyone
- Straight knockout
- Gold and Silver Cups after the groups
- Placement matches (3rd place, 5th to 8th…)
Automatic fixtures across several pitches
Set the pitches available, start and finish times, breaks and the minimum rest between a team's matches. The generator spreads the matches across every pitch and leaves the finals for the end of the day.
Each age group can use its own format, from 3-a-side to 11-a-side, and the schedule takes the length of its matches into account.
Manual changes that stick
If a match needs to move, drag it to another time or pitch and lock it. When you regenerate the schedule, locked matches stay where you put them and everything else is rearranged around them.
A group draw anyone can verify
Before the draw, a commitment is published. Afterwards, anyone can re-check the result and confirm it has not been changed.
You can run the draw immediately or schedule it for a set time; a scheduled draw uses public randomness that is only known at that moment. It is a simple way to give participating clubs confidence in the outcome.
Fixtures everyone can see
As soon as the schedule is ready, it appears on the tournament's public page, reachable by QR code and an A4 poster. Families can filter by “my team” and add the calendar file (.ics) to their phones. You can also export the fixtures to Excel.
Frequently asked questions
Does the generator respect rest between matches?
Yes. You set a minimum rest between a team's matches and the schedule is generated around it, along with any breaks you add.
Can I change a match after the fixtures are generated?
Yes. Drag the match to another pitch or time and lock it; if you regenerate, that match stays where you put it.
How do clubs know the draw was fair?
The draw's commitment is published beforehand and anyone can verify the result afterwards. A scheduled draw uses public randomness.
Does it create the knockout bracket too?
Yes. Knockout rounds, Gold and Silver Cups and placement matches are scheduled with the rest, and the bracket is shown on the public page and TV screens.
Do I need an account to use the generator?
No. The generator runs in your browser and nothing is stored on a server: the link holds the whole set-up and the scores. A free account is only needed for online team entries, live scores from scorekeepers, the public page with QR code and TV screens.
How many teams and pitches does it take?
Up to 32 teams and 8 pitches on a single day, as a league or groups followed by knockouts or Gold and Silver Cups. On the platform, with a free account, there is no limit on teams, age groups or days.
