Football tournament software

DorsalCUP is a free web app for clubs and associations that run football tournaments, from mini-soccer to veterans and from 3-a-side to 11-a-side. Team entries, fixtures, the draw, live scores and final standings all live in one place.

Set up a tournament in three steps

A wizard takes you through three steps: tournament details and venue on a map, age groups and format, then pitches and times. You can review any of it later.

Before you create the tournament, the platform suggests a format for the number of teams and shows how many matches there will be and how long the day will run. You know straight away whether everything fits.

Age groups and formats for every level

Reference age groups follow each country's federation (the FA in England, FPF in Portugal, RFEF in Spain, FFF in France, DFB in Germany and FIGC in Italy). You can also create your own age groups by year of birth.

Each age group has its own format: 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 or 11-a-side. For the youngest players there is an optional non-competitive mode that hides scores on the public page.

  • Group stage, league (round robin) or knockout
  • Gold and Silver Cups after the groups
  • Placement matches: 3rd place, 5th to 8th and beyond

Team entries without the paperwork

Invite clubs by email, in each club's own language, or share a public entry link on Facebook or WhatsApp so clubs can request a place. You accept the requests and ask for details later.

Every club gets a team area to add its crest, colours, number of players and staff, and meals. No personal data about players is collected: only numbers.

On the day

On each pitch, a match delegate signs in on their phone with a PIN or QR code and records goals (with shirt number), cards, substitutions and the clock in minutes and seconds. It works offline and syncs when signal returns.

Parents and clubs follow everything on a public page with a QR code and A4 poster: live results, fixtures, tables, the knockout bracket, a “my team” filter and a calendar file (.ics). In the clubhouse or on an LED board, TV screens show the live match, what's next, standings, a goal animation and an announcements ticker.

Automatic finish and podium

Once every match is decided, the tournament is marked as completed automatically, with a podium and final standings for each age group, and the TV screens switch to a podium panel. You can export the data to Excel and share documents and regulations with the teams.
