Free football tournament organiser for clubs and associations
DorsalCUP is free for clubs and associations. It is built for volunteers running youth or veterans' tournaments who want to move on from spreadsheets, group chats and handwritten results boards.
Free for clubs and associations
Creating the tournament, taking team entries, generating fixtures, recording results and showing tables costs clubs and associations nothing. Data is hosted in the United Kingdom.
The platform is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, and organisers can run tournaments in England, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany and Italy.
From invitations to final standings
A three-step wizard covers tournament details and the venue on a map, age groups and format, and pitches and times. Then invite clubs by email or share a public entry link on Facebook or WhatsApp.
- Reference age groups from each country's federation, or your own by year of birth
- Automatic fixtures across several pitches, with breaks and rest between matches
- A verifiable draw, immediate or scheduled
- A team area for each club: crest, colours, number of players and staff, and meals
- Meals management, documents and regulations for teams, and Excel export
Live results for everyone
Match delegates record goals, cards, substitutions and match time on their phones, signing in with a PIN or QR code, even without signal. Parents and clubs follow results, tables and the bracket on the public page and can share images of the results.
TV screens in the clubhouse
A TV in the clubhouse or an LED board shows the live match, upcoming matches, standings and the bracket in rotating panels, with a goal animation and an announcements ticker. When the tournament is over, the podium appears.
No personal data about players
Clubs only give the number of players and staff, with no names or dates of birth. Goals are recorded by shirt number. For the youngest age groups, the non-competitive mode hides scores on the public page.
Try it before you start
A sample tournament runs at dorsalcup.com/demo with every view: the public page with live results, the TV screens and the match delegate screen. It shows exactly what parents, clubs and volunteers will see on the day.
Because DorsalCUP runs in the browser, nobody needs to download anything: not the organising team, not the delegates on the pitches and not the spectators.
