Enter the format, the players and the match length: the plan shows who plays in each block so everyone gets the same time, with the goalkeeper set and a substitution list for the bench. It all lives in the link, no account.

Equal playing time for everyone

The match is split into equal blocks (5 minutes, for example) and each player gets the same number of blocks. When the numbers don’t divide exactly, the plan tells you how many players get one extra block, so you can even it out next match.

  • Nobody sits more than two blocks in a row on the bench
  • Players who come on stay at least two blocks whenever possible
  • Late arrivals and players on limited minutes play in proportion

Goalkeeper first

Pick one fixed keeper, one per period, a rotation between the players you marked as keeper, or everyone in goal, as in the youngest age groups. Minutes in goal can count towards equal time or not.

Made for the touchline

The substitution list shows, minute by minute, who comes off and who goes on. If you need to change something, tap the cell in the grid: the player swaps with one from the bench and the rest of the plan adjusts.

Share without an account

The plan travels in the link and is kept in this browser. Send it to your assistant on WhatsApp, print it or save it as a PDF, or download the grid image for the parents’ group. If you prefer, use numbers instead of names.

Frequently asked questions

Is the playing time planner free?

Yes. It costs nothing, needs no sign-up and shows no ads. DorsalCUP is funded by the tournaments clubs run on the platform.

Are the players’ names sent to a server?

No. The plan lives only in the link (in the part after the #, which the browser never sends) and in a copy in this browser. Anyone with the link sees the names; you can use numbers only.

What if the minutes don’t divide equally?

The plan keeps the smallest possible difference, one block, and explains why: for example, 11 players can’t share 70 places equally, so 4 play 5 more minutes.

Does it work with limited substitutions?

Yes. Choose "Limited" and the maximum subs per match: changes happen at the break and halfway through each period, and the plan warns that fully equal time is no longer possible.
