4v4 to four mini-goals
Two teams of four each attack two mini-goals and defend two on a 30×25 m pitch without goalkeepers, encouraging switches of play.
Rules
- Two mini-goals on each end line, about 15 m apart
- No goalkeepers
To make it harder
- A goal in the goal opposite to where the attack started counts double

- Look before receiving
- If one goal is crowded, switch to the other side
