Positional game 7v7 plus three neutrals in 50×44 m, split into five vertical lanes. Lime may not have two players in the same lane on the same line, and a point is scored when a player receives in a half-space beyond the first red line and plays forward.

Rules

  • Neutrals: two on the sides, one at the base
  • No two team-mates in the same lane at the same height
  • Point for receiving in a half-space beyond the first line and playing forward
  • Three points for a half-space to half-space switch within three passes
  • Maximum three touches; 2 min rest

Coaching points

  • Occupy all five lanes; keep one player wide on the far side
  • Receive on the half-turn; if closed, set back for the third man
  • After a loss, the nearest three counter-press while others cut the switch

Common mistakes

  • Two players in the same lane at the same height, blocking each other's lines
