Dribble and shoot
Coach station: players start 20 m out, dribble past a cone with a feint and shoot before a line 10 m from goal.
Rules
- Small goal with a keeper who rotates every minute
- Three cones act as passive defenders
- Two lines, one ball each; next player goes once the shot is taken
- Shot must be taken before the 10 m line
Coaching points
- Teach the feint of the week with individual feedback
- Ask which way the defender would move after the feint
- Ask where the keeper is weakest
