Centre-back step-in game
Goalkeeper, two centre-backs and a holding midfielder build out against two forwards on half a 9v9 pitch to reach targets 35 m out.
Rules
- Every attack starts with the goalkeeper
- Score by passing to a target player or dribbling through a mini-goal on the line 35 m from goal
- Extra point when a centre-back carries the ball over a line 20 m from goal before passing
- Swap the forwards after each round

- Centre-backs split wide early
- Scan before receiving
- Carry the ball at speed when the space is there
- Pass the moment a forward commits
